HISTORY AND CAPACITY
Manufacturing knowledge built since 1986.
MABRADA began as a machining and manufacturing company. Experience built since 1986 means practical knowledge of materials, tolerances, tooling, operation sequence and delivery responsibility.
We work from drawings, 3D models, samples or functional requirements. Where needed, we support design and process development, manufacture one-off parts or batches, prepare tools and fixtures, then assemble and verify the finished solution. The customer has one technical contact from the first question to delivery.

Our equipment connects milling, turning, EDM, grinding, preparation and inspection into a stable manufacturing flow.
CNC milling
Machining of flat and complex 3D surfaces, pockets, contours, holes and precision positions on tooling and machine parts.
CNC turning
Shafts, bushes, rings, threads and rotating parts — from one-off components to repeatable batches.
Electrical discharge machining
Precise contours, narrow slots and geometries that are difficult or impossible to produce by conventional cutting.
Grinding and finishing
Dimensional control, surface quality and final geometries where the part function requires added precision.
Tools, fixtures and assemblies
Engineering and manufacturing of tools, clamping fixtures, special mechanisms and functional industrial assemblies.
CAD/CAM and process planning
3D modelling, program preparation, tooling selection and operation sequencing before machining begins.

Technical drawing, 3D model, photograph or a physical sample of the part.
Material and quantity
Known material grade, number of parts and whether the requirement is one-off or recurring.
Function and inspection
Critical dimensions, required fits, surface quality and how the part functions in the assembly.
Deadline and delivery
Desired timing, priorities and whether assembly or finishing is required.
Working envelope, achievable tolerances and the manufacturing process are confirmed for the specific part and selected machine.
